• Service / WootAds:
  The SaaS platform, website, tools, and AI Marketing Employees operated by Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited.
• Customer / You:
  The individual or business entity using the Service.
• Maya / AI Marketing Employees:
  AI-assisted features that generate recommendations or automations for marketing activities.
• Customer Data:
  Your advertising accounts, campaign data, creative assets, and business information.
• Credits:
  Usage units allocated under your plan to run specific tools or actions.

WootAds is a SaaS platform offering AI Marketing Employees, including Maya, operated by Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited. Features may include marketing analysis, recommendations, automations, reporting, and related tools. We may update, add, or discontinue features from time to time.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You authorize WootAds to access connected services (such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta, LinkedIn, or other supported platforms) through OAuth or other approved authorization methods. You may revoke access at any time via the third-party provider and/or within WootAds where available.

Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. WootAds is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third-party platforms.

You remain responsible for your advertising accounts, billing with third-party platforms, legal compliance (including advertising, consumer, and data laws), campaign objectives, creative content, and any actions taken in your connected accounts—whether manually or via WootAds automations you enable.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• 1.Violate any applicable law or third-party platform policies
• 2.Upload or distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• 3.Attempt unauthorized access, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service
• 4.Share account credentials in a way that circumvents plan limits
• 5.Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• 6.Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive advertising practices

Recommendations and automations are provided to assist marketing activities. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You should review business-critical decisions before execution unless you intentionally enable automatic execution.

You remain solely responsible for results arising from campaigns, budgets, bids, creatives, and other actions taken based on AI recommendations or automations.

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless cancelled. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Plan features, credit allocations, and usage limits apply as described at the time of purchase or in your account.

Unused credits may expire or reset according to your plan terms. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are governed by our Refund Policy.

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. Maintenance, outages, third-party API failures, or force majeure events may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features with or without notice where reasonably necessary.

The WootAds platform, branding, software, and related intellectual property remain the property of Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited. Customer Data remains the property of the customer.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely as needed to provide and improve the Service, secure accounts, and comply with law—consistent with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI outputs, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that use of the Service will achieve any specific marketing, ranking, or revenue outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, advertising spend outcomes, or business interruption—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your advertising campaigns, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Either party may terminate access subject to applicable subscription terms. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, misuse the Service, or create security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete or retain data as described in our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice where appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Service.
