Who We Are
WootAds is an Internet based technology platform that connects providers (Healthcare Service Providers) and users. Owned by Glassfrog IT Private Ltd and managed by Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited, we are registered at #17, Abhishek Tower, 14 Subhash Road, Dehradun, Uttarakhand-248001.
Nature of Service
WootAds provides access to medical services offered by third-party providers. Our platform facilitates consultations and managing health records. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- The platform is for facilitators between patients and doctors.
- It is NOT for emergency or life-threatening conditions.
- It does not replace the need for physical consultations.
- You use provided information at your own risk.
Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the mentioned fees for consultations booked through the Site and App. Fees may include:
- Consultation Fees
- Booking Fees
- Facilitation Fees
Payments are processed via Level 1 PCI-compliant third-party providers. We do not store credit or debit card information.
Refunds and Cancellation Charges
- Doctor cancels the appointment100% Refund
- User cancels > 72h prior100% Refund
- User cancels 24-72h prior80% Refund
- User cancels < 24h prior / No-showNo Refund
Service charges may be deducted for any refund or cancellation. Users are not entitled to a refund if they are unsatisfied with the provider's services.
Processing Timeline
Refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days from cancellation.
Credits may take 10 to 15 business days to appear in your account after processing.

If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please check with your financial institution first. If unresolved, contact our support:
Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
