General terms of use and the "WootAds Buddy" referral program guidelines for Glassfrog Technologies.

General Information

Glassfrog Technologies Private Limited, on behalf of itself and its affiliates/group companies under the brand WootAds (WootAds), is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.Glassfrog.in and the mobile application ‘Glassfrog’ (together, Website).

Basic Definitions

  • Buddy:
    Any person or entity entering into a contract for the Buddy Program.
  • Buddy Program:
    The referral incentive program established by WootAds.
  • Eligible Referral:
    Successful app installation (Android/iOS) remaining for at least 7 days.
  • Eligibility:
    Users 18+ years old, competent to contract under Indian Law.
  • BOTS:
    Automated programs used for installations without manual interference.

Terms of Use (Buddy Program)

The Buddy Program is a referral program designed to facilitate appointment scheduling via our application.

  • 1.Buddies must make sincere efforts to encourage app installation.
  • 2.No forced installations; Buddies act as advisors only.
  • 3.Glassfrog may place advertisements on allocated space by the Buddy.
  • 4.Devices already registered are not eligible for further referral rewards.
  • 5.Violation of contract includes use of BOTS, Virtual Phones, or automated scripts.

Referral Rewards & Payments

Fixed Incentive₹ 20.00 / Referral

Payments are processed by the 10th of the succeeding month. TDS will be deducted as per the Income Tax Act, 1961. GST registered buddies must issue a Tax Invoice.

Important Program Notes

WootAds reserves the right to deem payments non-qualifying, revoke rewards, or suspend accounts if behavior contradicts these terms or spirit of the program.

    No liability for loss or damage arising from promotion participation.
    Buddy program termination is at the sole discretion of Glassfrog.
    We are not responsible for communications not received by the Buddy.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
