General Information

WootAds Technologies ("Company", "We", "Us") operates the website wootads.com and associated tools (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Definitions

User / Subscriber:
Any individual or entity accessing the Service.
Content:
Text, data, SEO metrics, and analytics generated by the Service.
subscription:
Recurring billing plan granting access to premium features.
Credits:
Virtual currency used to perform specific actions (e.g., SEO Scan).
API:
Application Programming Interface provided for integration.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

1.Using automated scripts/bots to scrape data from the Service.
2.Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the Service.
3.Sharing account credentials with multiple users (unless on a Team plan).
4.Using the Service to generate spam or malicious content.
5.Reselling the data without express written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WootAds Technologies.

However, the Reports and Data you generate using our tools are yours to use for your business or your clients' businesses.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WootAds be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.

Any content obtained from the Service.

Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
